How do I create an account?
Download the app, sign in with Apple, and complete onboarding to set targets and privacy defaults.
How do I reset my password?
Use “Continue with Apple” on the sign‑in screen. If you used email, tap “Forgot password” to receive a reset link.
Is there an Android version?
Not yet. We’re iOS‑first while we perfect the experience. Android is on our roadmap.

How do I start a free trial?
In the app, go to Premium and choose the monthly plan. Your trial begins immediately.
How do I cancel my subscription?
In iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Cancel anytime. Trials convert to $9.99/month unless cancelled ≥24h prior.

How do I log a meal?
Tap Log → speak or type your meal. Voice entries auto‑parse items and macros in seconds.
How do I generate meal plans?
Set goals → open Plans → choose AI Meal Plan. Plans adapt weekly to progress and preferences.
How are notifications managed?
In the app: Settings → Notifications. Choose reminders for workouts, logging, and weekly summaries.
